Saturated fat, alcohol and coffee, sugary foods and drinks and salt overload can all help increase your ripple and dimple count, so be kind to your body and feed it things that will not only keep it healthy, but improve its outer appearance.

Everyone claims to have a cure for cellulite legs, but in reality, your dietary decisions and exercise commitment are going to be what keeps you in a bikini and out of a moo moo. Creams, lotions, cellulite laser treatment, special massages and kooky home remedies will do little do reduce your condition. But, if you take care of your body from the inside out, you might be very surprised with the results.
